*All Amoretti Craft Purées® remain shelf-stable even after opening. For optimal color retention of reds, please refrigerate. Mix well before use.

Drink Use Level: 1/3 -1 pump per 12 fl. oz
Metric: 0.83-2.5% BY WEIGHT
(About 33-99 grams per 3.8 liters of beer)
Imperial: 0.83-2.5% by weight
(About 1.16-3.5oz by weight per 1-gallon beer)
