Mandarina Bavaria Hops
German Mandarina Bavaria Hop Profile
Mandarina Bavaria was released by Hop Breeding Institute in Hüll in 2012 as a daughter of Cascade, Hüll Melon and Hallertau Blanc. With a pleasant yet distinctive blend of tangerine, pineapple, strawberry and black currant, Mandarina Bavaria feels right at home in pale ale and IPA hop bills. Its juicy, fruit-forward character also works wonders in saisons, wheats and pilsners alike. A bright, expressive, and unmistakably modern German hop.
Growing Region: Germany
Aromas: Lime, lemon, pineapple, strawberry, cassis
