Bred by Yakima Chief Ranches, Warrior® is a go-to bittering hop (15-18%) for many brewers across the U.S. and beyond. Aside from excellent agronomics and storage stability, Warrior delivers a clean, smooth bitterness thanks to its low cohumulone content. While mild in aroma and flavor, its high myrcene oil content adds a subtle, zesty edge. The firm, reliable bitterness makes Warrior sought-after for high-IBU beer styles like IPAs and Imperial styles. A balanced, bitter bite that is foundation for many hop bills.
