DistilaMax™ AG is a very robust, fructophilic distillers’ yeast selected for agave (Tequila) fermentation, performing reliably at 20°C–38°C and delivering complex, floral, and well-balanced aromatic profiles.

DistilaMax™ GW is an active dry yeast for grain whisky made from wheat or maize, offering a short lag phase, stable fermentation, and consistent performance at 20°C–34°C, suited for American whiskey–style production.
