Having evolved independently, Zappa delivers moderate alpha (6-8%) and a uniquely rebellious aroma profile with notes of passionfruit, Fruity Pebbles™, tea tree and spice. Expressive, untamed flavor with true neomexicanus soul. Aroma: Passionfruit, tea tree, spice, tropical fruits, and Fruity Pebbles™. Genetic origins: Native North American, Humulus lupulus var. neomexicanus, recovered from the wild in New Mexico.
