Eclipse® is the newest variety released by our friends at Hop Products Australia. Formerly known as HPA-016, Eclipse® entered the hop industry in 2020 with high alpha Australian and North American heritage. Bright and juicy, Eclipse® bursts with sweet mandarin, zesty citrus and orange peel (thank you, high myrcene) backed by fresh pine. This flavor profile shines in classic West Coast IPAs, and its vibrant orange vibe complements trendier, modern styles like fruit-forward hazies and crushable low-ABVs. Blend with other Aussie hops or let Eclipse® take the lead — it's ripe for your next IPA.

Previously named Stella, Ella™ is the little sister of the Australian superstar Galaxy®. Ella and Galaxy share the same mother, but Ella's father comes from Spalt, Germany, giving her a noble edge. The pleasant floral and soft spice aromas are rounded out by light, sweet fruit flavors hailing from her Aussie background. These qualities work best in lagers and pilsners, yet Ella also complements pale ales and IPAs in late additions. Adding to the dry-hop or whirlpool will preserve some of the light, tropical fruit oils similar to Galaxy. Floral, spicy, and softly sweet, she’s a Southern Hemisphere lager hop ready to surprise.

Enigma® is unique dual-purpose variety from Hop Products Australia breeding program, known for its with rare, expressive flavor. A cross between Swiss Tettnang and a North American variety, Enigma displays juicy red fruit like raspberries and redcurrants with ripe rockmelon (cantaloupe). But what also sets Enigma apart from other Australian varieties are crisp, white grape notes similar to Pinot Gris, a resemblance that echos the neighboring Nelson Sauvin. A uncommon profile fitting for flavorful, adventurous styles like sours, summer ales and IPAs.

Galaxy® is one of the most recognized, sought-after hop varieties in the world, celebrated for juicy flavors of peach, guava, passionfruit, and orange. A cross between Perle and a high-alpha Australian hop, Galaxy® brings a high concentration of essential oils and alpha acids (13-18.5%). Use it in any hop-forward pale ale, IPA, or hazy style — especially in the whirlpool or dry hop to maximize the flavor. Galaxy weaves seamlessly with the usual suspects of Citra ® and Mosaic ® without getting lost, and it shines brightly on its own. This punchy, Australian classic is built to make your beer explode with tropical character.

Topaz™ is a rare, unique gem with many different brewing facets. An efficient bittering hop high in alpha acids (16-20%), Topaz™ delivers smooth and efficient bittering with grassy, pine and resinous flavors. However, Topaz's bright and breezy nature shows in late additions and dry hopping, unveiling light fruit flavors of lychee and clementines from low heat applications. An ideal Australian hop for many beer styles, Topaz™ encourages creativity from brewers.

Vic Secret™ was released by HPA in 2013 with the same Australian and U.K. roots of her sister Topaz™. Expect flavours and aromatics of clean pineapple and passionfruit, backed by pine and resin. Vic Secret's approachability and high alpha acids (15-21 %) make her a nice addition to any hop-forward beer style, though her flavorful characteristics of big pineapple and refreshing pine can be unlocked in later additions. Vic Secret™ possesses similar, yet lighter characteristics than her peer Galaxy®, but she’s no less of a breakout star in her own right. A high-impact hop showcasing Australia's growing region.
